How to cancel a client’s SIP
To cancel a SIP in Rabbit Invest, open the client and tap the SIP tab, where every active SIP is listed with its date and amount. Tap Cancel on the SIP, read the notice and check the SIP details, then pick a reason and confirm.
Steps
Open the client and tap the SIP tab
All of the client’s SIPs are here.
Find the SIP
Every active SIP shows its date and amount.
Tap Cancel on the SIP
A notice opens.
Read the notice and check the SIP
Make sure it is the right one.
Pick a reason, then confirm
The cancellation is sent.
If something does not work
Can a cancelled SIP be restarted?
A cancelled SIP cannot be resumed. Start a new SIP if the client wants to invest again.
