This Platform Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Rabbit Invest platform — including the investor dashboard (dashboard.rabbitinvest.com) and the distributor portal (partners.rabbitinvest.com) — operated by Invedge Assets Private Limited (CIN: U66190DL2023PTC421786), an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-300766), registered at 68/2 Janpath, New Delhi – 110001 ("Rabbit Invest", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The Rabbit Invest platform is a technology tool for registered Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and their clients. It facilitates mutual fund distribution activities including portfolio management, transaction execution, client onboarding, and commission tracking. The platform does not provide investment advice and is not a registered Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
Investors accessing the platform through a registered MFD agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete KYC information; (b) not misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials; and (d) promptly notify their MFD or Rabbit Invest of any unauthorised access to their account.
All investment decisions are made by the investor in consultation with their registered MFD. Rabbit Invest's platform tools — including fund comparison, portfolio analytics, and goal projections — provide information and guidance only and do not constitute personalised investment advice.
MFDs accessing the distributor portal are bound by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Rabbit Invest and remain independently responsible for compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and applicable regulations — including suitability assessments, commission disclosures, and client communication standards.
You must not: use the platform to facilitate any transaction that violates applicable securities law; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy platform functionality; share your credentials with any third party; or use the platform to transmit malicious code or interfere with platform operation.
Rabbit Invest is a technology intermediary. We are not responsible for investment losses, market movements, or decisions made by investors or MFDs using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
All software, content, branding, and technology on the Rabbit Invest platform are the exclusive property of Invedge Assets Private Limited. No licence to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform is granted except as expressly stated herein.
We may update this Policy at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
