About the Role
You will be the operational backbone of Rabbit Invest — ensuring data is clean, pipelines run on time, onboarding is smooth, and nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work closely with the Ops Lead and directly with the CEO on day-to-day platform operations.
Ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and loves making systems work better every single day.
What You'll Do
- Monitor daily automated pipelines and flag anomalies proactively
- Handle distributor onboarding — documentation, data entry, account setup
- Coordinate with data providers for reconciliation and error resolution
- Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and operational reports
- Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Support the Ops Lead on process documentation and SOPs
- Liaise with distributors and investors for operational queries
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years in operations, back-office, or data management
- Extremely detail-oriented — errors bother you and you find them first
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, lookups, pivot tables
- Comfortable with SQL — querying, basic data pulls, debugging data issues
- Python scripting ability — or a strong, demonstrable willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
