Schedule A is built from your selection. The full Distributor Terms of Service are summarised in the box and linked in full. Acceptance is electronic and binding under the IT Act, 2000.

Distributor Terms of Service, v2.1
What you get. Distributor Portal and client apps for onboarding investors, transacting, tracking portfolios and commission. On Scale, white-label apps under your brand, "Powered by Rabbit Invest".
What stays yours. Your ARN, your clients, your commission, your data. Written into the agreement as yours: we hold it as processor only, never sell or share it. On termination you get a full export within 15 days and we delete within 60.
What we are not. A technology tool only. No advice, no recommendations. Suitability and advice liability stay with you as ARN holder.
Uptime and support. Best-effort 24×7. P1 response within 1 hour, resolution target 24 hours. Support 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday, wecare@rabbitinvest.com.
Go-live. Target 4 working days from receiving your credentials, subject to NSE, BSE, CAMS and KFintech.
Term. Starts on payment. A renewal invoice comes 30 days before term end at the then-current list price; the term renews when you pay it, with a 15-day grace period after expiry. Either side may end for convenience on 90 days notice. Fees are non-refundable.
Liability. Each side capped at 12 months of fees, with carve-outs for indemnity, confidentiality, fraud and data breach.
Confidentiality. Pricing and terms are confidential both ways. No sharing of screenshots or reports with competing platforms.

Agreement signed
Your signed agreement and GST invoice are in your email. Pay when you are ready; the link in the email works too. Your term starts on the day you pay.
